Jason responded to my call within minutes. He helped me solve my hardware problem and get back online in one service call. I will now work on adding a more thorough service visit at a convenient time.

My project involved wall-mounting two plasma TVs, adding audio components, and integrating Logitech harmony remote controls in two rooms. Working directly with Jason, he helped me plan, order, install and configure everything. Throughout the process, Jason took the time to understand my needs and explain different options. The installation was professionally done with strict attention to detail. I am planning a second project and will be using J/A/V to help. I highly recommend J/A/V for any Audio-Video projects you may be planning.
