We worked with Joe in a fall "rake and take". He manned the vacuum truck, we vacuumed the piles. His estimate was clearly/logically presented and we worked quickly so he credited us for some time. He was a proactive communicator, prompt and since we helped was willing to come out on a Sunday! A good experience.

The job was inspected and I received a signed written estimate for $455.00 for the job. The average is $400.00 per your survey. I paid in full and in advance. A week after the job was completed I received a bill for a total of $646.00

The contract was explicit and also reviewed by William that we would bill out over and above the original cost if needed. William signed the contract knowing the conditions. We charged honestly for the work performed.

I have no objections to their work. But they were a day late showing up and charged me $155 more than the estimate -- and, as I told him, I wouldn't have had the job done if the estimate had come in over $300. Under $200, OK. I signed a contract that included the estimate in writing, but I didn't want to get into a shouting match with him. Appalling way to do business.

Kathy told us originally to perform a lawn mowing on a property that had not been maintained in months. We needed the extra time to complete the job desciption as indicated in the contract. All work recorded was billed accurately and honestly. We were paid for services asked of us and cannot stay to complete certain overgrown conditions like this and not be paid.Kathy said that the work done when we left was very satisfactory but would have thought twice about paying to have her neighbors yard done was a mistake.

I was very happy with the quality of work but I did think that the price was a little high. I would use them again as well.

Lazy - over priced work so that he did not have to do job.! Disgusted with his behavior and will let friends and relatives about the shady way he does business!

Our company is in excellent standing with the better business bureau. We have never been sued or been to court for any infractions by any customers seeking damages in our 30 year history. We belong to many green industry related associations and answer to their bylaws and have never had a negative review brought up to indicate any unhonest,deceiving or other related bad business practices.How could someone review work if the job never took place. And to think that a inflated price was given to persuade the potential customer to not call is unheard of here. I especially find the part that my relavives and friends will be notified absurd.
