They sent a technician a day later than committed.  He diagnosed a t-stat for my dryer but did not have the part.  Ordered the part - waited 8 days, I called them, they did not have the correct part.  I called another company that fixed the dryer -with an altogether different diagnosis - in the same day.  They cashed my check for the down - payment for the part that was the wrong part in the first place which by the way was after they ordered the wrong part. <br />This is not good customer service.  I do not recommend this company to anyone wanting good service.
