Project: Hire an Architect to Design a Project
Joe listens. He provided us w/ an in-depth questionnaire designed to help him understand our vision. As an instructor, Joe has a wonderful ability of defining and breaking the complex down to understandable pieces. I called the list of references and received nothing but glowing remarks. They said he was easy to work with, responsive, and on-time.

Great service and professionalism! Reliable and very accommodating, I was able to get a permit on the same day based on the drawing and detail information prepared by Mr. Buchek. His service was excellent as promised. I would use his service in the future and highly recommend J.A. Buchek.
