This project was one of those situations where by getting the opportunity to help design and having a customer with an open mind, allowing us to "tweek" the original design and save the client over $2000.00 while not changing the finished look they wanted, again educating the client on the correct materials one should use when building a deck to last. We're set to start next project soon.

J2O workers were very knowledgeable and helped us make good decisions about materials we should use to complete the project. They were on time and provided great communication. When it comes to these kinds of projects, we love to make it look like we were never there and neither was the problems we went there to fix. Sometimes customers take our advice on the most cost effective and visually pleasing way to approach a repair and just like usual, it was a home run out of the park. Tony is the husband of the client that hired us to originally fix the garbage disposal. Once we looked at the leak the client had mentioned we quickly accessed the problem, offered a needed solution and got it done. It was enjoyable to "shoot the breeze with Tony during the install, thats called Multi-tasking. It never hurts to let the customer know we are on the same level.

Upon viewing the work needed I discovered that the store sold her a screen door that would not work for her door frame style thus meaning that I was unable to install so I brought this to the Janie's attention and she apologized and stated that she was happy to deal with someone honest enough to lose the work just to not have to rig the wrong product into place. We want customers to trust us.

J2O Construction was great to work with and we would definitely recommend them for any remodel project. The end result was exactly what we had envisioned with great attention to workmanship, materials and budget. We appreciated the open communication throughout the project and, as a result, the project was completed on budget and on time. We appreciated Jeremy's integrity as he helped us address any challenges that came up during the job. I enjoyed this project because it had to deal with an era of style that was relatively new to me. It helps us sometimes to have customer like this couple that new what they wanted and the look they were going for. General Contractor or not, we aren't above being tought new things.

This couple had a elderly family member moving in soon and needed the guest bath set up for her use. It was our goal to beat the clock, so we worked double time to get it done as well as coordinated with the owners as to the design they were going for. We are glad to see family helping family and if we are a part in that, even better.
