Rick wasn't able to get pet smells out of the carpet in a rental unit. He came back to try several methods and didn't charge me what he should have. I ended up having him replace the carpet. He did a great job on installing new carpet and pads.

did exelent job was impressed--no hanging aroud--in and out--left a few heavy spots, they did come out better though, that were really ground in but very pleased with their work--i would call them back if i need more work----kip

Appears that the dirty spots were not cleaned up as nicely as expected. After the job I was contacted by my renter who did nothing but complain about the carpet. More importantly, the price for the work was increased from the quote I was provided over the phone. I am out of town and was at the mercy of the company and had made arrangements to enable the to get into the home. Otherwise I would have cancelled over the discrepency in price.

Get your estimate in writing! They quoted me $110 to clean 3 rooms. I had to go to work so my husband paid. They charged him $169 telling him we agreed on pet urine treatment. DIDN'T HAPPEN. When I called to question the difference he said there was also a servicemagic fee. Servicemagic terms and conditions prohibit them from passing that fee on to the customer. They never gave me a receipt for the job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you keep reading there are other reviews like this.

They called that night and was here in the morning (on time). The carpets were bad but they did there best and it looks great. I would call them again or recommend with out a second thought. My pic for anyone looking for great work and curtious service.

He was suppose to use steam and he just used water. He didn't get out a lot of the spots that should have come out. Nice but he could of done a better job as he was on the phone most of the time he was here. Not professional.

They did an awesome job cleaning the carpet. The only drawback was they weren't as careful with the equipment rubbing up against some wall corners. No permanent damage though.
