I think Israel was good. He responded quickly; came to my house quickly; took my damaged carpet piece and came back with a newly cut piece that is well fitted to the bathroom space. he even helped seal the leak that caused the damage with some outdoor caulking. My only concern was he didn't perfectly match the color of the rug (which he told me about in advance) and the grain of the newly fitted piece went against the grain of the rest of the rug in the playroom outside the bathroom. No big deal in the end given it was the bathroom for my kids' playroom. He was friendly, courteous, fast and affordable.

Project: Carpet - Install

Finish work poor. I contacted contractor the day after installation to have him redo the carpet installation on 2 concrete steps that were very poorly installed. Never got back to me. Based on the work quality, I don't think I'd want him to redo it. I will hire another contractor to redo the steps.
