Custom cabinetry, furniture, design, build and repair. Island Woodworking Company was founded by Robert Stine. 2010 begins his 33rd year as a professional woodworker. His training began at the famous North Bennett Street Industrial School in Boston, building reproduction 18th century English furniture, using only the hand tools of that era. Today his family owned company shows this love of the craft in every project. Their hands-on skills are combined with the latest technologies to assure you the most efficient production while retaining that quality old world craftsmanship. p.s. we do not do upholstry work :( Our love for the craft and accumulated skills that we bring to work each day at Island Woodworking Company.

I chose to work in this industry because I started woodworking at age 11 and have never stopped..I love working in Fernandina Beach because there's no place like home.We started in this industry in 1976.We describe our business as Family owned and operated
