Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Stay actively involved with the contractor to coordinate on any "on the fly" changes or decisions. Jim does excellwent work and stays very busy while on the job. Receipt of one final component, the shower door, did delay the job. This job was partial remodel of both guest bath and main bath--heated tile floors, new fans,and sinks, shower toilet and neqw enlarged shower in master bath.

Project: Repair Interior or Exterior Doors
They put in a doggy door for me. The final cost exceeded the bid but they did split the difference with me. The workmanship is impeccable, and my dog loves his new door.

Project: Repair Drywall
Jim is extremely polite and He does exactly what he says he will do. Meticulous is an adjective that describes his work and his clean up after work was superb. He is by far the most honest contractor that I have had contact with. He appears to really know his trade and I would be comfortable with him completing small or directing large projects. This was a really delightful experience.

I'm very happy with my newly tiled waterproof deck. It's just what I was looking for and Jim and Carolyn were very nice and professional.
