Walt and April are a phenomenal team, both very well versed in the world of chimney and masonry repairs. My 200 year old house had an unlined chimney and disintegrating mortar. Even though I was not thrilled to have to do this repair, I was happy to have a team who had experience in older homes and the ability to provide advice from a functional and safety standpoint. Their price was reasonable, the job was done quickly and without any disruption to the comings and goings of my home, and seven months later, I am still thrilled with the work. I would not hesitate to use Island Chimney again.
