After contacting Isabella multiple times via phone, have not had a call back, even though several messages were left. Original rating: We telephoned in advance and were told a price that was $75 cheaper than our local junk hauler. When the big day arrived (after our new TV came via delivery), we called Isabella, and they showed up as requested, were polite, neat, quick and friendly. Offered to try to recycle the TV by donating it, which is great by us, as we love re-cycling!  Overall rating 4 stars due to poor follow-up.
