Project: Install, Replace or Repair a Main Water Pipe

My water main was leaking at 400 gals. a day. I called several plumbers and contractors. Sean's company, Irrigation and Landscaping Management, Inc. was the best price by many thousands of dollars. He showed how trenching would be preferrable to boring, especially in my rocky soil. The trench (over 150 ft.) was dug, line laid and under house plumbing done in under 2 days. The trench was filled, grass replaced so that you couldn't tell there was any work done. Sean and his crew are outstanding! I'm thrilled with his work and professional attitude.

Owner/operator Mr. K. seeks to keep my costs down but patiently worked with me to make sure everything on my complicated project was right, even when other contractors left problems for us to deal with. He's one of my top two contractors on this year-long project, and I strongly recommend him and his skilled crew.

I had a positive experience with ILM in addressing my basement foundation drainage issue. The new foundation drainage pipes and sump well are giving be the confidence that hydrostatic groundwater pressure will be relieved this coming rainy season. ILM demonstrated knowledge on how to address my old and failed original foundation footing drains. Sean is very prompt at returning emails, phone calls, and onsite meetings. Sean is very reasonable and fair with addressing matters discovered once the project is underway. I only rated quality as 4.5/5.0 because I'm very detail oriented and Sean acknowledged that fact. I have no regrets with ILM

Sean was completely trustworthy and helped us through making difficult decisions when our basement flooded. We looked around quite a bit and found his bid and subsequent work to be very comprehensive and a very good value. Hopefully we won't need to, but would hire them again.
