Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
Iron Horse responded very quickly and came to the house to give us the estimate, but we failed to have them detail what was included. The next day when the water heater was replaced both lines were in poor shape -- they replaced one, but failed to even offer to replace the second one for a fee. The worker waited until he was "done" to point it out to me and explain that only the water heater and line he replaced would be covered by warranty. When we contacted them they said it would be $75 for them to replace the second one. We would recommend them, but find out specifically what is included with the estimate

The guys were awesome. Really friendly, very informative, and a great price. They went above and beyond, fixing the shotty job done by the previous plumbers. I highly recommend them!!

The work will be done next week. They were the first to call me. They also followed up to see if I had any questions. So far they look very good, but the proof will be in their performance. The work was done on the 30th of December. They were delayed by weather and my absense during the holidays. The work is professional and I reccommend them.
