Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Wonderful and caring and willing to ask you questions to make sure they do all you need done. They were $250 less than another company offering the same quality of product.

They were at the house most of the day until 9 pm. still did not fix the problem. Still could not diagnose problem. AND I received a bill for almost 200.00 for the problem not to even to be known.

Excellent customer service from the first call. Were able to help me immediately, price was 50% lower than what the other heating compay was charging. Was willing to work with my home warranty company. The other heating company did not want to bother. We will use them again any time we have issues with furnace. Very happy!

Knowledgeable and respectable. I had an emergency about 11pm one evening. The emergency fee applied to the work as well, and it was affordable.. I didn't feel pressure or feel like I was being taken for a ride. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was a pleased customer. I really appreciated their patience and quick response time. The owner was both courteous and helpful. I was never felt pressured to buy and they were very thorough in explaining different options. The installer was very personable and did an outstanding job. I will certainly recommend Irish Air to my friends and family.

Good customer service. He increased my gas pressure without the proper tool to measure the water column (manometer). It seems like the burner firing rate is so high. I was able to checked the pressure and it was set to 5" wc instead of 3.5 " wc.

They were very nice. They had someone out here to give me a quote in 24 hours. They scheduled the job with in one week. The guy who installed it was nice and in and out within a few hours. Would definitely use them again.
