But tested my water, told me about their water filtration system, I asked the price & said I wasn't interested ($2400). Sold me new water heater w/recirculator for $1350, more than I expected (recirc. was $450, owner told me that prior). Installer was there 2 days later.After an hour or so,sales rep came out.  My old heater was out, but new one vented differently than old one-I was sold wrong type of heater. To get right one would add $600 to cost, or they could put my old one back in. I pd. extra. Total: $1950. Saw 50-gal gas model for $800 at Home Depot, I probably overspent by $200.  See All Ratings
