Much was promised; little was delivered. Visits to the showroom to discuss the project were pleasant enough, but did not result in action on the part of the company to implement my ideas or find the materials and appliances that matched my vision. I even provided the brand names and models from my research, but after much frustration, I finally had to acquire all of the bathroom items (vanities,faucets, toilets, etc.) myself, using my own crew to do the installation. The one project that I did entrust to the company (shower in the master bathroom) has been a total disaster which I will have to demolish and start over. A waste of money!

We were not a good match for this client. She moved an old house & attempted to coordinate renovation from Massachusetts. Both parties signed a contract for a custom shower that included a custom shower pan, custom glass, handicapped access, code requirement, historic renovation & unique tile. On the first day of construction, Mrs. S e-mailed from Massachusetts that she wanted to change the design. This was a staggering setback! Custom materials & staff were on site. Her new ideas were not compliant with codes. We implemented a compromise design but she was not pleased. Both parties agreed to terminate the contract.
