so far the sevice is great get start on 3/2/11 install on 3/8/11 They finish the job did a great job

Rod, Wes and Jose were very professional and easy to work with in the beginning. However, after plumbing issues after the completion of the job, with both the kitchen and bathroom sinks, they failed to followup with me for a resolution. They were difficult to get a hold of and once I did make a firm appt, they failed to show up and still haven't reached out to me to reschedule.

Customer had assumed all responsibility when she had her brother rework the plumbing. According to the plumber who had returned to the site twice, stated that all work had been done at a 100%. Intown Granite had specifically informed her that we are not responsible for any plumbing issues. We have also, paid for the first trip for her after mentioning first issue, as a courtesy. This customer just wants us to pay for brand new faucets for her after her brother could not fix or put her faucets back together.

Intown graite was very professional and kept the project under budget. They did a very good job of installation and cleanup. The crew was very friendly and professional. It was good to do business with them and I would recommend them to anyone.

After contacting Intown Granite & Marble, they came to my home within a day or two for a free in home estimate. They did a template the day after estimate which was more than a fair price and installed the following week. The install was quick and they were very professional. I am very pleased with my Silestone kitchen countertops and would defintely hire them for future projects.

They did a great job. Their original bid was fair and it did not deviate throughout the entire process. The job took a lot longer than they anticipated because of unforeseen problems with our counters. But they didn't alter the price. The workers were courteous and respectful of us and our home. We would recommend them to anyone.
