Kevin and his team were very prompt in quoting and answering all my questions around the installation. Kevin provided valuable advice and recommendations related to the specifiic job and also regarding other things I could do to improve the insulation in some other areas of the house. Kevin also helped with some of the preparations in the basement, on short notice. Overall the team did an excellent job, paying a lot of attention to detail and ensuring everything was properly done.

Kevin went above and beyond all of the other contractors that bid on our job by checking with our city's inspectors and even meeting with the inspector prior to the job to ensure we were meeting code. They finished the job on time and the quality was outstanding.

Kevin was amazing to work with. It took us several months to decide to actually do the project and he was so patient with us. He took the time to explain everything in terms I could understand, he was on time and completed the project when he said he would. He cleaned up the old insulation that he had to tear out and continued to clean up through he hail we got that day. I would highly recommend IIC and I would definitely hire them again!

There was some confusion in their office on when work would be done causing delay in completion of the job but once on site work proceeded smoothly and was completed quickly.

We had multiple problems with this company. I do like the finished work that was done however they did not have equipment that worked and it cost more then they said it would. Because of these two items I would not recommend them to anyone. We were told that part of the project would be done in 12 hrs but it was finally done in 3 days. They also wanted money upfront instead of at the end of each stage. This worried me a lot!

The project was completed in three days instead of two because the preliminary work necessary for the completion of the second stage of our project was not completed by the homeowner as was agreed upon. Paul was not charged more than expected, he was given PART of a discount (as opposed to the entire discount) that we offered him because he failed to comply with the terms explicit in the agreed upon contract. We contacted Paul multiple times over a period two weeks to complete the work, but he was simply not ready (He communicated this to us).

They got a late start on the day due to a foam supply issue. However, Kevin drove to Rochester to buy additional foam and then back to Maple Grove to get the job done. In the end, the late start was only a minor inconvenience. It was unfortunate that he did not have enough foam to do as much of the basement as I had hoped.

Very pleease with the results- Will contact Kevin, International Insulation Contractors, again when I can afford to do the attic.
