Rating: Project: Major Renovation - Multiple Rooms Norman is a good contractor overall.  He is hard working and was available at all times.  Work was done regularly, however took much longer than it should have.  His weaknesses… Read Complete Rating Norman is a good contractor overall.  He is hard working and was available at all times.  Work was done regularly, however took much longer than it should have.  His weaknesses are evident in the rating scale above.  He has a good design sense too, and can work with non-professional, do it yourself "designers" well.  Needs more specificity regarding communications of all aspects of the work that he is doing, including costs, time, etc.  Likable and honest.  I would re-hire as the almost finished product is quite spectacular.
