Natalia was great to work with. She was very approachable and lots of samples and selections to choose from. In the end, she designed and helped me pick window treatments for my kitchen and living room which came out beautifully.

Natalia was available when I needed someone, she was prompt and helped me with all the things I asked of her. She helped me choose colors, she matched paint colors to the Benjamin Moore paints and helped me with wallpaper choices. Her pricing was reasonable. I had never before used a decorator and felt that her service was worth the money spent...

I haven't met with Natalia yet, however, I like the fact that she was willing to give a free consult. and she is not pushy. She understands that my schedule is hectic, between school work and caring for an elderly parent. That is important to me. I will be calling her after the July 4th holiday. I know that she will be easy for me to do business with.

For the fee we paid, I was expecting plans that were exciting and professional. Turn around time was very slow and when the plan was finally submitted, I was surprised by the general lack of professionalism. I was also disappointed in the work, it was very similar to what was already in the basement, down to placement of furniture. When I asked for additional work, Natalia expressed a true willingness to do so, but has yet to show me any additional plans. I am very disappointed in the Decorating Den, and would never recommend them to anyone.
