I was contacted within minutes of entering my information into service magic website. In fact James the owner came by within the next hour to assess the damage and gave me a free estimate as well. Not knowing better I decided to shop around to see who gave me the best price. And sure enough James had the best price in town. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. I kept his card because I would defintely use his company again. All in all this was a very positive experience.
