Very prompt initial contact. Showed up on time for all appointments (2 estimates & actual work). Very fast; done in a couple of hours. I tried to save money by doing my own haul away. What a mistake. Let them take care of the debries.

very informative, i learned much, and i asked many questions. the work was done great, trees much better in huge wind storms, great job on taking out a walnut tree and grinding the stump out.

They were very good about coming out & cutting more of the tree off, even waiting until we could be at the house to discuss the trimming. We just felt they are very expensive.

Integrity's workers showed up right on time and did everything I had contracted them for in a fast and professional manner. They went over everything with me beforehand and during the process they asked questions if they weren't quite sure what needed to be done in a particular area. After they were done, they cleaned everything up and made sure I was satisfied with their job. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The taking down of the tree and brushing was completed ok. The removal of the tree wood as promised was not done. there was difficulty in communicating with people in charge. The stump work is still not done. now promised to be done july 5 PM. We did get the tree removed by a neighbor. I was aways the one calling the poor office girl to see what the schedule was
