Integrity Painting & Hardwoods, Inc. is a full service painting and hardwood floors company offering quality care and expertise in repairs, specialty finishes, and everything in between. From the interior to the exterior, IPH blends shades of coordinated colors to enhance architectural design and building materials. We use water-based or oil based finishes which are available in natural or stain, providing a wide variety of colors to choose from. The use of plastic drops and vacuums on our sanders minimize dust. I chose to work in this industry because I love working with my hands and seeing projects and homes transformed..I love working in Cobb, Fulton, Cherokee, & Paulding counties because we love working with the fine people in these local communities. We can also maintain better job supervision and customer service working close to home..We started in this industry in 1990.We describe our business as Family owned and operated

Hired this company due to the owner stating he would beat any estimate I was previously given, and he said he would use better materials. They started the job 4 days late, and on the day of the carpet install I realized they were planning on using the old padding to "cut costs" to beat the other estimate. I found this very deceitful, and it also cost me an extra $250 for new padding for 500sf. No clean-up afterwards, and his materials are very low quality. I would have chosen the first contractor who gave a true estimate with no hidden charges. ( He also charged me for ripping out the old carpet- that wasn't on the estimate either) DONT USE!

Customer on budget that HUD lender approved & stated would be paid from lender at time of completion. Customer's one estimate that met budget but she was not happy with co. & they only had one carpet/color selection. We met budget & gave selection of laminate & carpet of her choice. Extra charge was for removal and disposal of some old flooring that customer stated would be gone. New pad was included, we could not have "re-used old padding" if removed before we arrived. We started Monday after her Friday afternoon closing. Payment from lender came 3 weeks later, not at job completion as stated. She was happy upon completion. First complaint..

Integrity was great to work with, but the contractors that work for them did not complete the project in time. Their work was excellent and they were easy to work with, but I had a tight timeline and they did not meet their estimated completion time. Overall, I'd use Integrity again, but I'd request different contractors. Good company.
