He guaranteed 100% satisfaction. We especially liked his attitude during the entire process because he never badgered us about what we should buy or when we had to decide.  He was very accessible by e-mail, which was easier for my husband who isn't free to take or make personal calls at work. We checked a lot of companys and found Integrity to be the best for us. I mostly appreciated Jason's willingness to get to the point and then, later, to answer questions while they worked.
