In brief, Integrity damaged my ceiling during the course of the installation and would not claim responsibility for the repair. No attempt was made to resolve with at least an offer to partially pay for damages; and this was following multiple attempts to work with the company representative via email and phone communications. Pictures of the damage were also provided, as well as a formal estimate for repair. The damage was estimated at approximately $260, a small amount that would serve to guarantee customer satisfaction.
