City: Olathe Project: Attic or Whole House Fan - Install Sales rep Hugh King came to our house and answered our questions.  The fan he suggested for us he said he had in his own house it was "really quiet".  We sent him an email… Read Complete Rating Sales rep Hugh King came to our house and answered our questions.  The fan he suggested for us he said he had in his own house it was "really quiet".  We sent him an email to ask him prices for some additional work we wanted to have done and he failed to answer the email.  When they called to set up the install we ask about the email and were told they would have to check with Hugh and get back to us.  When they got back to us the prices we were given were almost 3 times higher than anyone else.  After the fan was installed the installer commented on how "quiet" it was.  NOT!
