I refuse to take on other large projects such as yours at the same time, therefore, eliminating unnecessary delays and costs to you. I also offer you the ability to save a substantial amount of money on such items as structural steel, plumbing fixtures, floor tiles, countertops and appliances. I belong to a wholesale group that has access to low-cost, name-brand items. I also have excellent relationships with some local suppliers whom offer us anywhere from 25% to 45% in savings on materials. If, in fact, the price to us is substantially lower, I will pass on the savings to you minus our profit and overhead.
