Great attention to detail, including those out of the way hidden places. He cleaned my carpets so thoroughly, that I DO INTEND TO CALL HIM BACK! He is so good that he gave me a tip for my carpets that I plan to use in between cleanings. My carpets were fresh and noticeably clean. Lorane, Atlanta, GA P.S. I am a real customer who chose this company after my apartment complex carpet cleaning company did a TERRIBLE job on my carpets. Thanks.

He initially came across as Used Car Salesman. That should have been my warning not to use him. He kept bragging about his equipment and his work ethic. So I took a chance because his price seemed reasonable. He cleaned our carpet. The previous owner left a light stain on the carpet that I thought sure would be removed. I had a schedule conflict so I left Hubby home to inspect his work. When I came home and saw the stain was still there I called Mr. McElroy on at least 3 ocassions he never came back to re-clean as he promised. I am VERY disappointed in his customer service and quality.
