Bill Pierce and his team at Integrated Construction Services did a fantastic job on our paint project. They were conscientious, kept us in the loop from start to finish and gave us daily status updates. I would definitely recommend ICS to anyone looking for home improvement services!

Bill was professional, prompt and did what he said he was going to do. We were very satisfied with his work product.

In this home we removed wallpaper, prepped walls, repaired all nail pops, and repaired old tape seams. We applied to coats of Sherwin Williams practical beige with Satin finish and all ceilings were double coated as well with Sherwin Williams flat white.

We had removed exisitng flooring in 2nd floor bathroom and hallway. We installed Ditra uncoupling membrane and large blue porcelain tiles (shown in photos)while maintaining the tiles pattern. We also installed tiles border throughout teh rooms.

I was extremely pleased with my new kitchen floor. Bill was very meticulous and did not rush the job. Everything was up front with no hidden costs & I even received a contractors' discount on the tiles I selected. I requested a custom layout that was very difficult & it was done to perfection. Excellent craftsmanship & they were prepared for all incidentals.

This floor had 12x12, 18x18, mosiac and 3x3 tiles and installed on 45 degree pattern. Every tile installed had to be cut.we demo'd the prior floor and leveled and installed floor heat

Bill Pierce performed my painting project, I would use him again however I wish he would watch his timimg, because he was an hour late the second day of painting.He is professional and neat and polite I would gladly recommend him.

They were everything and more than I expected. They not only took care of the main Project, but all the little proplems that popped up during their work day. If you want something done right, hire ICS.

We were called in to rehang drywall,tape, paint, install new interior doors, casing, vinyl base and stop back sewer problems after water damaged her basement
