Had new gutters and roof installed. Roof has held up great so far. One gutter was angled completed wrong, but they came out and fixed it. I would reccomend.

Did a wonderful job on putting up a larger gutter and downspouts.

Jeff's Crew replaced 2 flat metal roofs,replaced 6 windows,replaced siding and put up new gutters on my house. Right now my house looks brand new thanks to Jeff Willis and crew. I would highly recommend jeff to anyone looking for a truley professional job. His workers did a fantastic job for me .

Contractor suggested a nail-over-ridge-vent as an alternative to replacing the metal style vent and at the same price as other contractors wanted for metal. I like the way this vent fits on the roof, it looks better and can be reused in a future roof replacement. Job was completed on time, all old material taken away and the workman was skilled and professional.

It took them too long to respond and I had to call the office and then wait two days before being contacted. They came to my home without calling and made the estimate. The estimate was too high for the minor repair I had. Then they said they would come on Tuesday but showed up on Monday at 7:20 am when they said 7:00 am. The repair person had a woman sitting in his truck when I went outside that made me uncomfortable. I received the estimate by email instead of on paper. The repairman said he had to come back on Tuesday at 7:00 am because he did not have the right ladder to check my roof but never showed or called as I was home all day

Voice Mails were left as a response to the lead, one was left stating that we would have a representative check out the problem indicated in the lead. An email was sent with a course of action and a quote for this work, the homeowner agreed to the work and cost, and the work was scheduled. The technicians were 20 minutes late due to traffic. They did have to leave and pick up a longer ladder. They assured the homeowner they would lock the back gate after they finished the work as the homeowner had to leave. The work was completed on the Monday. The woman in the truck is an employee.

There is no substitute for experience. A roofer who responded first believed the problem was with EFUS material used on the facade of the house. Jeff followed up and offered to check the roof as well. Jeff found the problem within minutes (a popped seam on the copper sheathing). He corrected the problem and did not charge me. This was yesterday. It rained heavily today, and the problem is fixed.

Overall prompt/reliable. Repair was not permanent due to no fault of contractor but rather due to the quality of the initial materials and installation. Contractor lost my inital payment of the bill and never contacted me for follow-up (no accounts receivable prcess). I had to follow-up to pay them.

They were quick thorough and efficient.
