The sales person was very nice. The various folks with whom I spoke on the phone were very nice. I know this, though, because my husband and I had to follow-up several times. The estimate was done on 8/15, but the installation was not done until 10/15 due to various glitches with fax machines, people being on vacation, etc...Actually, it was due to be installed on 8/14, but they did not show. The installers were not friendly and did not communicate well.
