I just talked with her, she said she had meant to put in a full five star rating something went wrong when she submitted her survey it was not supposed to be 3 stars.

No problem with door quality and installation. Pieces of glass from truck left in driveway. Had to sweep driveway. Nails and screws left on ground near driveway that could have made their way to the driveway and then into my car tires. Final cleanup was below par.

I am so glad that you love your new patio door. You did not have to assist us with the clean up. Although the men were happy that you did help, They would have and should have completed all the clean up for you.

We had a scheduling issue, but it turned out fine, the supervisor/apprentice were clean/efficent, I just had one concern, the apprentice asked to use my bathrm, I never imagined he needed to sit down. I think he used poor judgement, there was a fast food resturant just across the street. Although I only installed (2) windows Mr.Messing made me feel he would back his product 100%. I did not feel as though he was trying to con me. I will be using Tri-Pane for the remaing windows in the future.

Our company policy does not want the installers to use the customers bathroom except in an emergency's for that, Your windows are backed by a manufactures lifetime warranty. I am happy to hear that you will still be using us for the rest of your windows.

Installation was fast and efficient. I have no complaints at all. My house feels a lot warmer now. I would definitely recommend this company.
