Unfortunately, I was in a bind, or I would have never agreed to the fee he charged me ($125 to install an already-purchased deadbolt lock). The work was good and the tech personable. He did, however, bring his 6 year-old son along.

I am glad that I could help her out but I was in a bind as well. She contacts me at around 4:30 in the afternoon (after I had quit for the day and already picked up my son). She wanted it done that afternoon so I had asked if my son could come with me. She agreed so I could then help. $125 is the going rate in our area for same day service. I did not charge after hours service.

Inspected the job in the morning, then got the materials and completed the job in the afternoon. We're very satisfied!

Working with Tim Wooten was a GREAT experience. Tim is professional, reliable, detail oriented and NEVER cuts corners.

Price was very reasonable. Work was done on time. He worked through the weekend to fit my schedule.
