great contractor spent well over4 hrs inspecting my home gave explanation of services.received electronic copies of inspection photos and explanations of items found that included a booklet with all info and color photos. asked questions ,gave precise answers and was easy to talk to. money very well spent.

Steven Keeney did an excellent job. He worked from 5:30-9:30. I was there and he was working all the time. The report was excellent, but late.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable technician. Very thorough. The report provided was very detailed and contained a great deal of useful information. The Keeney's were both very professional and Steve provided in-depth explanations of all findings. We were very impressed and grateful for the excellent inspection they provided. I would recommend them above anyone else we interviewed or heard about.

Inspecthomes4u did a fair job inspecting our new home. The interior inspection very well done. The report was very professional and easy to read. The inspection of the roof was very poor. The inspector appeared to not see the missing shingles and wood damage beneath until I pointed it out. The inspector did not get on the roof or even get a close up view. If I had not gotten on the roof myself the inspection report would likely not have had roof damage in in it and could have cost me thousands of dollars. The inspector was clean and friendly. I highly recommend that if you use this company you require them to get on the roof.

InspectHomes4U welcomes comments, even if one misses. This roof comment misses. The report cited the roof problems, twice, with photos. The inspector discussed the roof problems, and trees hitting the roof, with the customer on site. Lesson? Always read your report thoroughly. FYI -- Walking roofs is not required under Kentucky standards. With visible damage, it's unsafe, and superfluous.
