City: Houston Project: Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace It took a little longer than expected, due to some added things we wanted once we got into the project.  He was flexible with our needs, but didn't "hit" the job early every… Read Complete Rating It took a little longer than expected, due to some added things we wanted once we got into the project.  He was flexible with our needs, but didn't "hit" the job early every morning.  Less than punctual, but generally worked late.  Clean up after the job was ok, but still had some glue spots afterwards that we had to clean ourselves.  We were just ready for the job to be behind us. We had them do our living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms, so it was a significant disruption in our lives to have furniture all over the place while the job was going on.  The good news is they moved all the furniture in and out. The contractors were the owner's… Read Complete Rating The contractors came in and took over the home leaving their personal trash for me to clean up everyday, but I did not complain since it was a minor offense. The contractors were the owner's family members. The contractor did not check his work throughout the project and we ended up having to try to point out errors and negligence as best as we could throughout. Once the work was completed, we went over the house several times to finalize any errors again. It was hard to get a hold of Shawn and we were stood up many times. The warranty work as not been completed to date and it has been years. a friend used the same contractor and same issues.  See All Ratings
