Brian was on time when he came to give me the estimate. Unlike some of the other people that came out he gave me his best price the first time. He worked with me and made sure I was completly satisfied. They do great work.

Excellent value for money, friends wanted to know who did the work because they are considering replacing their roof next year. The only reason for the 4.5 on customer service was the workers showed up early in the morning and started work on the roof before I was aware they were up on the roof. My doorbell stopped working and they didn't think to call me to let me know they were there. They did excellent roof, no problems with workers and cleaned up extra debris on the ground.

From the very beginning Brian was a professional and explained how the process would work with handling insurance. His knowledge of the product was exceptional and his patience with the consumer is hard to find these days. He made sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction and I am not an easy person to please. I would highly recommend him and I was extreme pleased by the job he and his crew did on our roof. Excellent crew and the job was completed in two days.

When he came out for estimate on project he explained everything clearly and exactly what he would be doing. On time and finished project promptly. While on our roof, did some repairs and didn't chg. additional money. Great Company!!

The initial contact was courteous, professional. The contractor arrived on time on 6 February 2012, and my roof was replaced in a professional, timely and complete manner. My yard and home area were cleaned of any work debris. I am very satisfied and would recommend this contractor to anyone.

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I got several quotes from contractors for my roof replacement. Brian's quote was definitely the best. Scheduling was easy and quick. The one downside, although not major, was that I was told the roof and gutters would take only one day to install. Because of wind, the roof took two days and there is a different crew for the gutters, so it took 3 days total. However, the crew was clean, professional, and the work looks great. Since the price was so wonderful, I was willing to allow for more time. Brian gave me great advice and I'm very happy with the product. Would recommend to others.
