ISA was very professional. Follow up was immediate and follow through was excellent. They spent a quality amount of time assessing our basement air quality with as little disruption to my day as possible. Follow up after tests were submitted met expectations and we couldn't be more pleased.

We had a seen what looked like small sections of mold so we engaged with Innerspace to test and provde and assessment. Larry was very flexible on scheduling the time to come to our home. The actual cost was reflective of the price quoted. In the end, we were satisfied with the results (insignificant spots of mold which we will address) and the final report.
