I was very pleased with the work done by Ingram Elecric Co. They answered my call, and worked hard to fix my problem, and came at the time they promised. These are all good points for me in hiring a worker. I will recommend this Company to others.

We have had an on going problem with a brand new heat pump for over a year and we can't even get a call back. Brad disconnected it in March and still has not fixed it.UPDATE: Problem was corrected, company replaced the unit.

Ingram Electric, Heating & Cooling is sorry that this customer had a problem with their heat pump. However, there are some statements in this review which are false and need to be addressed. We indeed made many calls to this customer. We can provide proof of a minimum of 50 contacts with this customer, including phone calls, emails, and service calls. Brad was working with Amana and their Service Technician (who came to their house) for several months to resolve this issue. Brad followed the steps set forth by Amana to resolve the issue. We installed a new Amana Heat Pump on May 23, 2011. We hope they enjoy their new heat pump for many years

Great work. Came out the next day to diagnose the problem, got the part the following day and installed with no issues.

They were courteous and prompt. They handled our problem and their rate was competitive. They were flexible and so kind, spending a blazing hot Saturday to install our AC unit. We will use them again.
