Kevin and his crew did an excellent job on a big project for the complete remodel of a good sized master bathroom. The price was fair, the workmanship more than met my expectations, and the crew was careful to minimize the disruption during tear down and reconstruction. Kevin and his crew were the ultimate professionals. They worked hard to make sure I was happy. My bathroom is absolutely beautiful!

The quality of the work was very good and Kevin was enjoyable to work with, responsive to phone calls and email, and eager to ensure our satisfaction. There was some confusion regarding the timing and placement of tile in relation to work needed to replace fixtures and plumbing that needed to be done by another contractor.

Kevin was on top of everything from start to finish. The customer service is outstanding which for me is the difference between success and failure. I would highly recommend Infinity Tile and actually plan to do another project with them in a few weeks!

stalled the project but he seemed to be very professional and a personable guy when he came out for an estimate etc. and he maintains client rapport.

This review is a little confusing since we never did the work. As requested I gave an estimate over the phone but stated that I would need to see the project in person before a serious estimate could be given. After inspection I told them we would not install a tile floor without first removing all (3) layers of vinyl flooring and we would need to install cement board as this would be needed to keep the new tile floor from moving and cracking over a short period of time. I understand that these steps (although necessary) can be viewed as an annoyance, they are critical and we do not "cut corners" to save money or to win jobs.
