THE CREW WAS ON TIME AND EXPLANED THE NEW ITEM VERY WELL. ALSO THERE CLEAN UP WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WILL BE LOOKING TO THEM IN THE FUTURE FOR MORE UP COMING ITEMS FOR INSTALLATION.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Clean,, Friendly, Excellent Craftsmanship, always cleaned up when done for the day, use tarps to cover foot paths (Carpet mainly) they are using while there, they know what they are doing, you can trust them, they are quick, but with quality. Look at materials for your project some before meeting with them and you will be able to pick out for your project and sign the estimate & Contract at the first meeting for an estimate.

they did a fabulous job we were more than pleased with their work their follow up and the entire process. they cleaned up and kept our carpets covered through the entire process

i wanted a to have a tub removed and a shower stall put in it's place for my 98 year old mother because she couldn't get in the tub. indy renovations came out on a monday and took out he old tub and disconected the sink at the same time. two days went by and no one returned to finish the job. i called and called to get the job done, and in the mean time my mother couldn't bath or wash her hands in her bathroom. it took a week and a half for the job to be finished. although the finished job looks good, i thought it was way over priced and took way to long to get done.

When ever we have a complaint we address the issue and make sure that the completed job is done to customer's satisfaction. The crew that remodeled the bathroom was fired. The job did take a week and a half and should have only taken a week. Customer did receive a refund and apology from the owner of Indy Renovation. At Indy Renovation we STRIVE FOR THE BEST in customer service and care!
