Great job, first time I have used ISC, I will definitely use them again. My only complaint was a couple of places missed (like behind a bedroom door and under a small piece of furniture that could easily have been moved) that I saw after they left, but they were small, not really a big deal.

Todd called me shortly after I received a listing of companies. He was informative about his pricing and I was able to set up the appointment on my timetable. When the day arrived, he re-scheduled to that afternoon, which actually worked out better for me too. He arrived, he and his assistant set everything up. Todd explained what he was doing and as this involved cleaning carpets, gave his opinion on what results he thought he could get. He was right on the money. The stains came out, it was fairly quick, everything smells great and the price was what we discussed on the phone. I would most defninitely recommend him to everyone I know

Todd King was extremely helpful with a townhouse we own that was prevously rented but we decided to keep as a vacation home. The townhouse was very dirty from 2 previous tenants and was not cleaned as promised by a management company we had hired. His crew came in and did a great job cleaning the carpet and tile and we also hired them to power wash the concrete and the lanai. He was able to fit us into his schedule for the extra work and the work was quick, efficient and very thorough. He gave us many useful tips on maintaining a home in Florida (we are from the Midwest) - we would not hesitate to hire them again.
