The service man was prompt and courteous. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He advised it would cost more to fix the washer than it would to buy a new one so I didn't have it repaired. I appreciated his honesty. I will defintely recommend to a friend.

Millard is the owner and he returned my call himself within 5 minutes and was able to schedule a visit the same day. He showed up on time and as he was diagnosing my problem, he explained what he was doing and what he was finding as he went along. After determining the problem was a fan motor, he quoted me a fair price and said had the replacement fan in his van and could complete the job at once. We agreed on the price and he replaced the fan motor. He kept the work place very clean. He educated me on the workings of my appliance as he performed the repairs. The repair solved my problem. A few hours after he left, I noticed some water on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I turned off the water supply and I called back and Milliard rescheduled a visit for the next day. On his second visit, he determined that by coincidence, an unrelated part had failed (old plastic fitting)Â…Â…He replaced the fitting and just to be safe, he replaced 5Â’ of plastic tubing. Â….when I pulled out my check book, he told me he wasnÂ’t going to charge me for the follow up viThat….that it was something he possibly should have noticed on the first visit. Every customer should not expect to get a free service call, but it just shows how fair this company can be. I would definitely use them again for appliance repair.

Indi Appliance was there when he said he would be there and fixed my problem and did not try to sell me anything i didn't need. I was very impressed with the company. I would use this company again.

Mallard was wonderful - we called him for a problem with our washing machine - he found one problem and was going to fix it, but then found that the motor went. He could have charged us to fix it, but was honest and told us it wasn't worth it. I would defenitely hire Mallard for any future appliance problems!!
