Project: Build an Addition
Dave was very helpful in resolving issues with the permit application even after the village continued to change the requirements. As the construction proceeded, anything I didn't like was immediately corrected or changed to meet my satisfaction. Very good people to work with. I have recommended IBI to several friends.

Project: Build an Addition
They were great!! We would highly recommend them!! They are the best contractors we have ever used. We will use them for future projects. Dick is such a nice man & he is very respectful. The porch project is a huge success!! I have even used there contracted plumber for an emergency. Now we have a roofing emergency caused by Direct TV. Direct TV improperly installed the satellite dish on our new roof. There is a huge roof leak coming through our master bedroom ceiling. I have all the faith that Dick's roofer will fix this & replace the roof, drywall & paint while we sue Direct TV.
