Project: Repair a Deck or Porch
We hired Incadeck to repair the stairs to our back deck and porch. We were very impressed by the quality of their workmanship. Their quote was very reasonable, and Mr. Seminario was able to identify the issues with the existing structure pretty quickly and accurately suggest the required repairs. The work was completed satisfactorily, on-time, and the workmen removed all the debris from the demolition of the earlier structure. Thanks to Incadeck, we have a much better structure now at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend Incadeck to anyone looking for a good carpenter for major remodelling and structural work.

Project: Repair Drywall
I am satisfied with the drywall and the leak we had may now be fixed. However the tile work he did was not good (even after he redid it) He was over anxious to be paid at each step even before he completed the step. He never provided a valid contract and his price was one of the highest. I would not use him again but it was NOT a nightmare experience. They are bonded and can be trusted in the house.

Responded immediately to my call. Honest and friendly. Immediately fixed the problem, which others who had looked at it before could not due, including plumber. Left job in clean condition. Worked quickly and efficiently. I could not have asked for a better experience with a sink repair. Will definitely call again.
