Here at Inatel Communications, Inc., we were established in 1990 and are a locally owned and operated company. We employ a staff of highly trained and well qualified technicians who are available for all of your telecommunications needs, such as phone system installation and repair, additional keysets, voicemail, data and phone cabling, music-on-hold, paging systems, and wire management systems. For your convenience, we are located in Santa Clarita and provide service to the greater Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Equipment failure that disables the ability of the system to place or receive calls is considered a major outage. It is the policy of our company to respond to major outages within four hours of an authorized request. A malfunction that is not defined as above is considered a minor outage. It is the policy of Inatel Communications, Inc. to respond to a minor outage within 24 hours of an authorized request.
