Sonia and her team are all super sweet people. If I ever have an issue with the way my house was cleaned, I communicate it directly to Sonia and she addresses it. I've used Sonia for other projects around the house as well and have been happy with her and her team.

In The Excell Contractors really came through last minute for us. Our painters fell through at the last minute and since In The Excell had done the cleaning and prep, we asked if they could do the rest. They did a fantastic job and went over and above to fit our project into their schedule. We are continuing to use them and are consistently happy with their work. ------------------------------------------ They came and gave us a fair price for the work done, they were prompt and ready to work immediately. The level of service and the dedication to their task make them the perfect addition to anyone's home. I highly recommend them and look forward to having them come to our home every other week .

Project: Clean Up Job-site after Construction
The price seemed fair for what I was told would be done. But I noticed later that much of what I was told they'd clean was left untouched. They didn't clean any windows. They didn't vaccuum, they only swept. There were still dust balls behind the doors. They did not dust anything above eye-level; so there was still visible dust on the crown molding and trim throughout the house. And, worst of all, they mopped my hardwood floors and tile with dirty water, so once it dried there was a dull film throughout the entire house. When I tried to get them to do more, they didn't seem to understand English. So, I just gave up and let them leave.
