In-N-Out accepted a difficult challenge in completely remodeling our kitchen island and installing granite countertops. The kitchen island was a two level island that required removing the top level with considerable lenthening and widening of the original island dimensions.  A trash compactor was added to the kitchen island.  A hanging ceiling light was also moved due the expanded length/width of the kitchen island.  They functioned both as contractors and direct skilled labor participants.   They subbed out the electrical, granite fabrication/installation, and part of the plumbing.  Parts of the project were difficult, but they displayed persistence in accomplishing the required tasks.  The end result is that we have "wow" kitchen island with granite countertops in the kitchen area as well as granite countertops for the dividing arches separating the kitchen/family area from the formal dining area.
