Chris at In Control Plumbing Services is flat-out the BEST plumbing company I have ever dealt with. He responded within two minutes of my request (the other group has not responded 3 days later) on the day after Christmas and came out that day. He found the problem - which turned out to be a simple switch and had my hot water flowing in minutes. He was honest and did not try to escalate his blll - even when he had the chance to do so. I highly, highly recommend him and In Control. From now on, this is the only plumber I will ever use. I had another plumber, from a big company, out earlier who tired to rip me off. Thanks Chris!

I couldn't be happier. Quick to respond, very knowledgeable and gave good advice on what I should buy. Charged the hourly rate for the work actually done with no shenanigans - so a job that could easily have come in above $200 came in at $75, which was even below his estimate. The results were perfect. Will definitely use again and recommend.
