I really wanted to give Impressive Builders a 5-star rating. They did a great job on my bathroom remodel.  Excellent workmanship!  Unfortunately, at the end of the project I was handed receipts for materials that were supposedly purchased for my project that were never used ( I paid in advance) It appears that items were charged and returned and I was given the bill. I informed the owner about the mistake with the receipts and was told that he would get back to me after speaking with his guys.  I never heard back! The overture only amounted to about $200.00, but the deceit left a bad taste. You may be ok if you purchase all your own materials

Milan Fink and his crew did a very good job  and accommodated my special requests.   <br />Milan was the only contractor who noticed the cracked concrete apron beneath the deck which needed to be replaced.  Thus, he did concrete work before building the deck. He also offered alternative building materiala. We chose natural cedar, less costly than the composite material others recommended.  My failure to discuss the space between railings meant that  the openings were too wide in my opinion.  The contractors put additional "spindles" between those already installed though I had to  pay for material.The result is attractive and makes the deck safe.
