Did the job that we need to get our house to settlement. Did not fix everything the first time but after calling Jane to tell her what was left undone, the immediately came out to fix the problem. Simple process, easy to work with, good customer service, good service recovery. If you need them, I recommend them. Tom

Project: Repair Wood Stairs and Railings
The man sent to build a railing for us told us it would take 3-4 hours. After 2 days and 20 hours we had half a railing up that was crooked. We had to hire someone else to fix and rebuild our railing. UPDATE: new management reached out to me, offered a refund, and customer service is much improved.

This homeowner was contacted and the issue was rectified. The homewowner attempted to update this rating, recognizing our efforts to satisfy our customers. (The poor workmanship described was done by a former employee who chose to do this work under our name without our knowledge.)
